Who we are
MuseSourcing is a China sourcing and manufacturing support service based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Our website is https://musesourcing.com. You can contact us about privacy at info@musesourcing.com.
What information we collect
- Inquiry information: when you send the contact or inquiry form, we receive your name, email address and message, plus any project details you choose to include (such as product links, quantities or target markets).
- Comments: if you leave a comment on an article, we collect the data shown in the comment form, your IP address and browser information, which help with spam detection.
- Cookies: this site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function and to remember basic preferences. Embedded content (see below) may set its own cookies.
How we use your information
We use inquiry information only to reply to you, prepare quotations or sourcing proposals, and provide the services you ask about. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who we share your data with
Your information stays within our team and the service providers needed to run this website and answer you — for example our website hosting and email delivery providers. If handling your project requires sharing product details with a supplier or logistics partner, we share only the details needed for that step.
Embedded content from other websites
Our Contact page includes an embedded map. Embedded content behaves as if you visited the provider’s own website, and that provider may collect data about you and use its own cookies, subject to its own privacy policy.
How long we retain your data
Inquiry emails and form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business correspondence. Comments and their metadata are retained so follow-up comments can be recognised and approved automatically instead of being held for moderation.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and request its correction or deletion, by emailing info@musesourcing.com. This does not include data we are required to keep for legal or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Form submissions are delivered to us by email. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
